She was 13, puberty when she realised she could manipulate the water. Not just make it move, she can boil it, freeze it, and manipulate it into any shape possible.
She uses her powers namely for fun now, shes only 17, but she is starting to use it for good, to help those less fortunate. By day, she goes to a catholic school, and is a bit of a rebel
